Pantastix! Steel Band
Pantastix! is the steel band from St Felix Middle School in Newmarket. The band comprises pupils aged 12 and 13 years old who have been learning to play the steel drums for a year and a half. Pantastix! play a wide range of music from traditional Caribbean songs to arrangements of modern music. Pop songs, film themes, medleys, dance music - you name it, they probably play it!
Pantastix will be playing from 2pm

Kids why not have a go at racing in these fun carts, for boys or girls from age 3 to 10 years.

CAMBRIDGE GROUP of ADVANCED MOTORISTS
We are affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM)
Our aim is to re-invigorate driver knowledge on roadwork and car handling.
We do not teach, we just advise.
We have a team of observers, all volunteers, who are trained to help and advise motorists.
The Institute of Advanced Motorists operate a “Skills for Life”. Cost £139.
If you participate you will be allocated an observer who will accompany you, over a period of time, observing your driving techniques and offering ideas on improving the techniques.
When prepared your will then be able to meet with an examiner whose responsibility is to verify your ability and once successful you will become a Member of the IAM.
If you would just like help to accentuate your confidence then the Group has a local “DRIVE ON” scheme. For £33 (which includes 1 year membership of the Cambridge Group) you will be given 3 one hour sessions mainly covering the area of driving that you wish to improve.

For the young driver the IAM offer, under the Adelaide Insurance Services “IAM Surety” scheme, very competitive rates for all IAM drivers over 19 years old, so long as the vehicle they drive has an insurance rating no higher than 28 (11 to 12 under the old rating).

At the TWO COUNTIES MOTOR SHOW we shall have a manned caravan where you will be able to sign up.
As a side line we shall have a fun drive laid out where for £2 you can prove your driving skills on our specially designed layout. Prizes for the most successful, but don’t forget to bring your DRIVING LICENCE if you wish to take part. It is not a speed trial.
