| It is with regret that we have taken the difficult decision that due to the current economic climate,
and in particular the problems in the motor industry, we have not had sufficient uptake from dealers to make
proceeding with this years Two Counties Motor Show a viable proposition. The 2009 show has therefore been cancelled.

| Please be assured that we remain committed to the long term future of the show and we will be announcing details of the
2010 show later in the year. We value your support and hope that you will be able to attend next year’s show.
